It’s starting to look a lot like … a day or two after Christmas.
The London region was pelted with its first big snowstorm of the season, starting late Wednesday and continuing through the night. While light flurries may continue to fall throughout the day, the worst is over leaving about eight centimeters on city streets.
City snowplows are out in full force trying to clear the roads but many remain snow-covered and messy. Fortunately, due to the holiday season, many people are still off work and schools are closed, leaving less congestion on the streets.
