LONDON, Ont. - A man is facing charges after police say racist graffiti was found in two locations in London, Ont.

Police allege that graffiti expressing hate toward the black community was found in an apartment building laundry room (on Connaught Avenue) and also on the exterior of a house (on Harley Street).
