Hip hop is said to burn between 370 and 610 calories per hour depending on body weight. This dance style involves entire body movement and a lot of freestyle movement, working a variety of muscle groups! With that, dancers are constantly moving without stopping and the exercise is doing its job in burning off calories and fat!
