The London Blue Devils had a rough season, missing the playoffs for the first time in four years, but they did come away with some hardware.
Blue Devil captain Mike Rybka was named the Ontario Junior B Lacrosse League Western Conference most sportsmanlike player of the year.
The fourth-year veteran picked up a career-high 38 goals and 49 assists, and just 10 penalty minutes.
The award is voted on by the general managers of the league.
Rybka was named the conference’s most sportsmanlike player of the year in 2013 as well.
