Play day for grownups at the London Corporate Challenge

Our London

Asked to describe what the London Corporate Challenge (LCC) is, Mike Myles keeps the description simple, “It’s a play day for adults.”

Myles, owner/operator of LCC, had 400 volunteers and participants came out for a day of fun at the fourth annual event on Saturday (June 21),

Held in support of the Sunshine Foundation of Canada — a national charitable organization that makes dreams come true for children with severe physical disabilities or life-threatening illnesses — upwards of 30 local businesses entered teams in the event.

Teams went head to head in a series of 10 team-building, fun-filled silly challenges ranging from a giant game of Twister to an obstacle type course on a 300x300 wet, soapy tarp.

And while the object of the day is ultimately to have fun, the big winner of the day is the Sunshine Foundation, which has received more than $250,000 from LCC in the past four years.
